If you have to wash... Machine wash in cold water and lay flat to dry is always best low tempdryer setting when unable to air dry.

We know these things can be frustrating. Sometimes the carrier marks the package as "Delivered" prematurely. If you give it 3-5 business days, often times the package will turn up. It's also helpful to ask your neighbors if the package was accidentally delivered to them. 

If there is still no trace of your delivery please contact your local post office, not the carrier hotline. The local post office will be able to provide you with details surrounding the delivery because they are given responsibility of the package once we have handed it to them for delivery. If the postal service is unable to assist you please contact us here for additional support.
