Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING 

Pre-order items will be shipped at a later date. Although we try our best to deliver your orders in the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not GUARANTEED due to high demand. You will receive a notification with updates and tracking information once your items have shipped.

When Choosing between Priority, Ground, and Next Day Shipping. The days paid for shipping are effective when the item is shipped. Please understand that this means the item is being shipped when we process. (can take 3-5days due to high demand) Once the item is processed, the type of shipping that was paid for is used. 

RETURNS 

If you wish to return an item from your order it must be arranged within 10 days of receiving your order. All items are inspected on arrival at our office. Please make sure your item(s):

- unwashed
- unworn; and
- original tags still attached

If you believe your item is acceptable for return, we will contact you within 24-48hours upon request.

International returns, shipping must be paid by customer.
